Dr. Marta Czerner

Dr. Marta Czerner is a highly skilled family physician with vast experience training and working across Poland, Ireland and Canada. She strongly believes and takes pride in her ability to connect with her patients with genuine interest, empathy and compassion and these traits form the core values of her work as a family physician. She is passionate about providing healthcare that is not just about treating diseases but by supporting her patients through every part of their health and wellbeing journey. Her work is driven by the bonds she builds with her patients and the families – one that is high on trust and a deep understanding that each patient and family is unique. Providing them with care that is personal and tailored to their needs and beliefs is of utmost importance to her.
Dr. Czerner has special interest in Chronic diseases prevention, Women’s health, Mental health, and Child and Youth health.
When she is not working, Dr. Czerner enjoys spending time with her husband, two amazing kids and two friendly dogs. As a family, they enjoy exploring new places, skiing and their culinary adventures.

Dr. Adrijana Pesevska

Dr. Adrijana Pesevska (CCFP, MRCGP) is a dedicated family physician known for her commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. With a strong focus on preventive and holistic health management, Dr. Pesevska serves both individuals and families, working to enhance health outcomes through a comprehensive approach.

Dr. Pesevska earned her medical degree in Macedonia, laying the groundwork for her career in family medicine. To further specialize, she completed her General Practitioner (GP) training in the United Kingdom, refining her skills in delivering exceptional primary care in Wales.

Bringing an additional layer of expertise, Dr. Pesevska has a background in gynecological research, equipping her with a wealth of knowledge in women’s health. This experience has bolstered her dedication to advancing women’s health and preventive care practices.

In addition to her medical proficiency, Dr. Pesevska is fluent in English, Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian and Russian, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse array of patients. At home, she enjoys quality time with her husband and three children, underscoring her values of family and connection, both personally and professionally.
